1.Class packs
• All Class Packs purchased are non-refundable.
• Class Packs are valid only for booking classes at Rest & Reform.
• Each class pack has a set expiry period from the date of purchase. Expired class packs cannot be extended or refunded.
• Class Packs are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Class packs Options & Expiry

• 3 Class Starter Pack– expires 3 weeks from purchase
• Single Class – expires 12 months from purchase
• 3 Class Pack – expires 12 months from purchase
• 5 Class Pack – expires 12 months from purchase
• 10 Class Pack – expires 12 months from purchase
• 20 Class Pack – expires 12 months from purchase
• 50 Class Pack – expires 12 months from purchase

2. Memberships
• Memberships are billed monthly and include a set number of class credits each month.
• Minimum commitment term: 3 months. After this period, memberships continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled.

• Upon purchasing your membership you will be committed to a three month minimum term, unless stated otherwise. After your third membership payment, you can cancel your membership at any time.

• To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice via email to info@restandreform.com Cancellations cannot be processed through your MINDBODY account
  

• The cancellation will take effect from the next billing date. Please be aware that once payment has been taken, we will be unable to refund. If you have any questions about your membership, please contact our studio as we'll be happy to help.

• Unused credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Late cancellation and no show policies apply.

3. Gift cards
• All gift cards expire 12 months from purchase.

• Gift cards are digital only. We’ll send your voucher to the email address used to purchase it. It’ll arrive in the form of a digital code, which you can then share with the lucky recipient. All codes are sent to you within five minutes of purchase.

• Only one gift card can be redeemed per transaction.                       

• It may only be redeemed against class credit purchases.  

• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher codes.          

• Gift cards may not be redeemed against any membership payments.

4. General Terms
• All purchases imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Please review our Cancellation Policy for details on credit usage when cancelling classes.
• Rest & Reform reserves the right to amend expiry dates and terms with prior notice.

5. Health Waiver

1. Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically qualified so if you have any doubts about your fitness or capability to exercise, we strongly recommend that you get advice from a doctor first. For safety reasons, you are responsible for correctly using our facilities and agree to keep to the conditions in the health waiver which you agreed to when registering for a User Account on our app.

6. USERS OF OUR FACILITIES AND CLASSES

1. All Clients must sign up for a User Account.

2. Rest & Reform does not allow unaccompanied minors in a Studio at anytime.

3. You must be:

16+ To attend Reformer

4. You agree to comply with our class rules in force from time to time which you can see online or displayed in all of our studios. The class rules relate to our opening hours, use of our facilities and your conduct.

5. Instructors and Classes are subject to change at any time and you will be informed of this change via email and/or SMS.

6. We reserve the right to refuse you access to the Studios and suspend or terminate your use of the Services if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these Conditions or such refusal would otherwise be in the interests of other users of the Studios or participants in our Classes. You will not be entitled to any refund in such circumstances.

7. Class Cancellation Policy

As a small business, every booking matters, and we kindly ask all clients to respect our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your class:
Your class credit will be automatically returned to your account for future bookings.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your class (or no-shows):
The class is non-refundable, and your credit will not be returned.

This policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and ensures every space can be filled.
