  • Try R&R with our 3-Class Starter Pack!

    Valid for 3 weeks, this pack is the perfect way to get started and feel the benefits of reformer classes.

    Arrive 10 minutes early for a quick intro so you feel confident from the first class.

    Bring water and grip socks-bring your own or purchase at reception.

  • Classes purchased as part of Class Pack will expire;

    a) if part of the 3 class starter pack offer, 3 weeks from purchase
    b) if a Single Class, 12 months from purchase
    c) if a Class Pack of 3 classes, 12 months from purchase
    d) if a Class Pack of 5 classes, 12 months from purchase
    e) if a Class Pack of 10 classes, 12 months from purchase
    f) if a Class Pack of 20 classes, 12 months from purchase
    g) if a Class Pack of 50 classes, 12 months from purchase

    Expiry means that on and from the expiry date, you will not be entitled to use an expired Credit to purchase Services. You will not be entitled to receive any refund in relation to any expired Credits.

  • Class packs cannot be extended beyond the expiry dates agreed at the time of purchase.

  • As a small business, every booking matters, and we kindly ask all clients to respect our cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your class:
    Your class credit will be automatically returned to your account for future bookings.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your class (or no-shows):
    The class is non-refundable, and your class credit will not be returned.

    This policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and ensures every space can be filled. Thank you for supporting a small business and for your understanding.

  • • If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist.

    • If someone cancels, MINDBODY will automatically add the next person from the waitlist up until 2 hours before the class starts.

    What this means for you:

    • If a spot opens more than 2 hours before class, you will be automatically added.

    • If a spot opens within 2 hours of the class start time, you will not be automatically added.

    This 2-hour lock window ensures you’re never pulled into a class last-minute without enough time to get ready or travel.
